TREE LORE
with Falcon River

Non-consecutive Saturdays,
Consecutive Saturdays, January 18,25, February 1, 8,
from 12noon-2pm Eastern
(9-11am Pacific)
In the Norse story of how humans emerged into the world, first woman stepped out of a rowan tree, and the first man stepped out of an Ash tree.
This 4-session class explores both the science, lore, and magic of the trees of Northern Europe and North America. We will also be learning about the ancient Norse/Germanic system of writing, the Elder Futhark as it relates and evolved from specific sacred trees.
For women who have studied the runes with Falcon previously, this class is an opportunity to deepen into the tree lore of specific runes in the Elder Futhark.
You are welcome to take this class without the study of the runes.
For women who have not previously studied the runes with Falcon and would like to do so, this class will provide a deeper magical foundation to understand the runes. Students new to the runes are encouraged to study the runes with Falcon when she next offers Runes 1: Introduction to the Runes - A Dianic Feminist Perspective, sometime in 2025.
Class registration is $130-150 sliding (based on ability to pay). Limited to 10 students on a first-come basis.
Please send us an email so we can save your space. Deadline is January 8th, or until class fills.
