This first introductory 4-session class series offers a Dianic female-centered approach to learning about the Elder Futhark runes. The Old European root words from which the word “rune” originates mean “mystery” or, “to whisper.” It has been suggested by many runic scholars that the written form of runes originate in the dendritic patterns found in our own bodies and throughout nature, from the structure of a tree trunk and its branches, to our own circulatory system. The shape, form, and energetic pattern emanated by each rune is rooted in the mysteries of nature from which this ancient alphabet was derived. Students will be guided through the process of how to magically craft their own runes and begin learning how to integrate them into their spiritual practice.
Falcon River is co-founder and an ordained Priestess of Temple of Diana.
She has been studying the runes for over 35 years.
This class is limited to 10 women (you must be a biological female human) on a first-come basis.
